A fully sustainable Testival!
Through the utilization of Power Electronics' 4MW hybrid facility, which encompasses photovoltaic panels, a solar inverter, and a battery inverter, we successfully achieved a fully sustainable Testival.
This remarkable feature was made possible by intelligent discharging the batteries during periods of reduced solar radiation and directly harnessing power from the panels during times of solar exposure.
CharIN Testival Europe 2023: Where Innovation Meets Interoperability
Held from 25-27, 2023, the CharIN Testival Europe 2023 brought the theoretical into the practical, transforming the picturesque landscape outside of Valencia at Power Electronics into a vibrant laboratory for EV technology testing. Attendees experienced firsthand the validation and improvement of interoperability in electric vehicle charging solutions. Bringing together 35 Testing companies from all over the world, this event provided the opportunity to not only participate in interoperability testing, controller testing and cybersecurity testing but also, for the first time, successfully live Plug & Charge end-to-end testing.
