About the Training series: Market & Customer- Charging Choice and Quality
The three courses cover different aspects of the all-important topic of charging quality and its impacts on user choice. Each course can be taken independently of the others.
Dr Axel Sprenger is the founder and Managing Director of USCALE GmbH, a market research company specialising entirely in eMobility.
USCALE conducts annual customer studies on all touchpoints of the e-mobility customer journey, the results of which Axel will incorporate into the course units. Before founding USCALE, he held various management positions at Mercedes-Benz and was Managing Director of JD Power Europe.

This module on Expert-Level will illustrate why so many innovations fail and how this can be prevented. The modul introduces a generic and agile method to determine the most important prerequisite for the success of an innovation, the product-market fit.
The approach will be explained using bidirectional charging (V2H and V2G) as an example.
