OMRON Device and Modules Solutions becomes a core member of CharIN

Omron Device and Modules Solutions Europe (Omron Electronic Components Europe B.V.) is a company focused on energy switching and connection innovation. This fits well with the activities of CharIN where the opportunity exists to engage with a wide range of members in various EVSE value chains. Moreover, the possibility to share ideas, technical expertise, product innovation and application knowledge in higher efficiency power switching components and modules will help further implementation of enhanced CCS performances together with the contribution toward Carbon Neutrality.

We anticipate the possibility to support the development and the promotion of the Combined Charging System (CCS) within CharIN, providing technical design, ideas, new technology development and application resource, best practice and competence in switching control technology. The goal is to provide energy management expertise that can further the capabilities and expand the usage of CCS.
