Here you can find the answers to the most common questions about the joint booth.

Event Program

All exhibitors are required to be present at the booth during the times outlined below. Please contact us if you are unable to have a representative at the booth at all times: evs@charin-academy.global



June 10th, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Please arrive during this time if your items need to be set up in advance (e.g. EVSEs).



June 11th, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

Official opening of the hall at 11:30 am, please be early to set up your booth and put presentations on your screens.


June 12th, 8:30 am - 7:30 pm

Official opening times 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. CharIN Booth Party will take place 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm.


June 13th, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Dismantling of the booth will start at 6:00 pm.



June 14th, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Dismantling until 1:00 pm.

Booth Party

The CharIN Booth Party will take place on Monday between 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm. The party is an excellent opportunity for you to network and meet prospective clients!

Booth Staffing


Your package includes one (1) complimentary exhibitor badge. CharIN will issue this exhibitor badge. You can register other members of your company as exhibitors at a discounted rate (10% off = 405$ each).

Note: every exhibition visitor with a valid badge is entitled to a complimentary lunch on Monday and Tuesday in Hall D adjacent to the exhibit hall floor from 1 pm - 2 pm, provided by the EVS organizers. It is a sit-down, served, plated lunch.



There are 2 possible shipping methods. We strongly recommend advanced shipping, as there is less probability of encountering issues during the shipping process.

Advanced delivery (recommended):

Your shipment arrives earlier at a warehouse, between the 9th of May and 5th of June. It will then be brought to the exhibition site by the shipping company.

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Delivery of goods directly to the venue

Your shipment must arrive on the 10th of June at the Convention Center, between 8am and 7pm. Freeman unloads those shipments, so you must select this provider.

Basic Equipment at Your Stand

  • 43” LED-screen
  • A cupboard (36“ wide, 39” high, and 24” deep - withstands 75 pounds)
  • 95/65 sq ft space (depending on your package)
  • Access to a storage room with lockers
  • The power in the US is 110-120V (60Hz or 50Hz) and there is one power socket in your counter or close to the counter that you are free to use. This is enough to power a regular AC charger.
  • If your charger needs some additional power, the standard electricity might not be enough.
  • REMINDER: bring a US power socket.
