The purpose of this task force organized by CharIN is to ensure seamless interoperability for NACS through industry aligned system-level charging specifications and definitions, such as ISO 15118/ DIN 70121 interoperability, implementation guides and best practices, and interoperability product certification. CharIN activities are complementary to existing NACS activities, such as SAE J3400 standardization.
We strongly encourage the EV industry to work with CharIN’s membership base and other interested parties to create a fully interoperable EV charging network that best serves the needs of all consumers and will enable a better and faster transition to electric vehicles.
