CharIN Academy GmbH has been successfully operating in the field of education and training in electromobility for four years. CharIN Academy GmbH was founded as an offshoot of the Charging Interface Initiative (CharIN e. V. – https://www.charin.global/). This global industry association, with over 320 international members, leads the charge in the field of charging infrastructure along the entire value chain.
The goal: simple and intuitive charging, a positive charging experience for users thanks to secure connections and flawless communication protocols.
CharIN Academy GmbH offers numerous informational and educational formats, both in-person and digital. The scope of topics for the already successful trainings and events, as well as for the established working groups in CharIN E.V., is to be further developed. Technical future topics, as well as new formats and media for interaction and knowledge transfer, are on the agenda.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the conception, implementation, and execution of our technical continuing education offerings.
- You develop modern training formats for technical experts as well as international organizations and companies.
- You coordinate internal and external meetings, as well as the processes for trainings, create minutes, and prepare presentations.
- You support the CEO and the team in all administrative and organizational matters, including appointment management, travel bookings, and hotel reservations.
- You handle communication with internal and external stakeholders and act as the first point of contact for organizational questions.
- You configure and operate learning management systems, e-learning design tools, digital collaboration tools, as well as the interfaces to CRM and ERP systems.
- You identify current and future training needs and support marketing and sales in training planning.
- You design effective orientation and onboarding units for trainers and learners.
- You regularly monitor the quality and success of training programs and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- You analyze the training needs in various industries and markets and adjust training programs as needed.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, a bachelor's degree, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in training coordination or assistant or a comparable position
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- High communication skills and professionalism in dealing with internal and external partners
- Experience with learning management systems, CRM, and ERP systems is an advantage
- Proactive and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
