CharIN Academy GmbH has been successfully operating in the field of education and training in electromobility for four years. CharIN Academy GmbH was founded as an offshoot of the Charging Interface Initiative (CharIN e. V. – https://www.charin.global/). This global industry association, with over 320 international members, leads the charge in the field of charging infrastructure along the entire value chain.
The goal: simple and intuitive charging, a positive charging experience for users thanks to secure connections and flawless communication protocols.
CharIN Academy GmbH offers numerous informational and educational formats, both in-person and digital. The scope of topics for the already successful trainings and events, as well as for the established working groups in CharIN E.V., is to be further developed. Technical future topics, as well as new formats and media for interaction and knowledge transfer, are on the agenda.
We are looking for a student assistant for the Project Management department (m/f/d) in Berlin. In this role, you can develop and implement new ideas with your expertise and creativity, significantly contributing to the company's success.
Your Tasks
- Research on specific topics in the field of innovations and new technologies, as well as preparation of research results
- Preparation of agendas and framework presentations for project meetings
- Support in creating and updating presentation slides and illustrative material
- Support in administrative tasks such as maintaining member networks and working groups, managing appointments, updating documents, and maintaining databases
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of various (professional) event formats (working group meetings, conferences, etc.)
Your Profile
- Interest in the field of innovations and new technologies, particularly sustainable mobility (electromobility) and energy for this position
- Studying in a business-related field, but other fields are also welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and possibly Access
- Experience with online tools (surveys, newsletters, virtual meetings)
- Ideally, some experience with databases and customer relationship management tools
- Organized and structured way of working
- Committed and communicative personality who wants to grow and continuously develop with us
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2)
