RNL becomes a Core Member of CharIN

RNL joins CharIN as a Core Member to support global charging communication standards and interoperability across electric mobility ecosystems.

RNL has officially joined the Charging Interface Initiative e.V. (CharIN) as a Core Member, reinforcing its commitment to the development and global adoption of standardized charging communication solutions for electric mobility.

As a technology company specializing in charging communication and protocol conversion, RNL focuses on enabling interoperability between electric vehicles and charging infrastructure through standards such as ISO 15118, IEC 61851, and related international frameworks. The company has accumulated extensive experience through real-world deployments and close cooperation with OEMs, charging infrastructure providers, and system integrators across multiple regions.

By becoming a Core Member of CharIN, RNL aims to actively participate in multiple CharIN Focus Groups, with a primary focus on charging communication, while also engaging in cross-functional discussions related to system interoperability and future charging architectures. RNL will contribute practical, engineering-driven insights from field implementations, helping to identify challenges in standard implementation and improve interoperability and reliability at scale.

Through collaboration with other CharIN members, RNL seeks to support the continuous evolution of global charging standards, accelerate the adoption of Plug & Charge and interoperable charging solutions, and enhance the overall user experience and system robustness worldwide.
