
Finance Officer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
In your role as a Finance Officer:
- You are responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring budgets for both the GmbH and the association.
- You prepare detailed reports and dashboards that provide the board and management with a solid foundation for decision-making.
- You independently develop financial dashboards and contribute your conceptual strengths to shape our financial planning.
- You monitor liquidity and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- You coordinate invoice and payment approvals and collaborate with project managers to classify and manage budgets accurately.
- You handle bookkeeping tasks and posting entries in DATEV and ADAMS for the GmbH.
- You collaborate closely with our tax consultant and auditor, supporting them with order and invoice processes.
- You continuously evaluate financial tools and processes, implement innovative solutions, and help optimize our financial systems.
Your Profile
- You have experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and controlling, and you approach financial topics with precision and structure.
- You are confident in using financial software such as DATEV and ADAMS, and are proficient in MS Office—especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You think analytically and conceptually, create meaningful dashboards, and continuously work to optimize tools and processes.
- You take ownership of your tasks, communicate transparently, adapt flexibly, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are comfortable operating in dynamic, agile environments and respond to change with confidence and composure.
- You bring a start-up mindset—driven by creativity, initiative, and a willingness to shape and improve processes.
