
Leveraging its combined technical, digital and advisory capabilities, GHD will contribute to the CharIN Mining Taskforce on the long-term transformation of interoperable battery electric charging systems used in remote and rugged environments such as mine sites.

The company’s role on the CharIN taskforce builds on the success of the Charge On Innovation Challenge, led by global mining giants Rio Tinto, BHP and Vale and facilitated by GHD. The company will continue working with leading mining companies, CharIN members and mining industry body ICMM to advance electrification solutions for the industry.
