Dirk Großmann brings more than two decades of experience in software development, charging infrastructure, and e-mobility. He joined Vector in 2003 in the field of Embedded Software Development and later assumed responsibility for TCP/IP basic software as Group Manager. Since 2016, he has led activities within Vector’s embedded research department, leading the company’s overall e-mobility activities. Since 2019, Dirk has served as Senior Director for E-Mobility Infrastructure Products, driving the development of charging communication solutions as well as software and hardware products for charging infrastructure, vehicles, and test systems.
Beyond his responsibilities at Vector, Dirk has been actively involved in CharIN’s activities for many years, contributing to the promotion of CCS, MCS, and NACS as charging standards. In addition, he has been a member of the CharIN Steering Committee since 2024. His long-standing engagement within the CharIN community provides a strong foundation for his new role on the Executive Board.
As Treasurer and Executive Board Member, Dirk will support CharIN’s mission of advancing global charging standards and interoperability while contributing to the organization’s strategic and financial governance.
