This offer is exclusively available to CharIN members.
Participants will be included in the official exhibitor list with the designation “Joint Booth CharIN.”
The organizer is responsible for the overall booth construction. Additional structures must fit the overall concept of the joint booth and are therefore only permitted in consultation with the organizer.
Participation in CharIN joint booths is limited to three participations.
The following services are included in the package:
- 10 m² booth space
- Booth construction including branding, floor covering, back wall with company logo, spotlights and decoration
- Shared storage room including wardrobe
- Lockable counter with company logo
- Standing table and two bar stools
- Brochure rack
- Electricity connection and consumption up to 3 kW*
- Booth surveillance outside exhibition opening hours
- Daily booth cleaning
- Entry in the official exhibitor lists
- Waste disposal
- Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) contribution
*Messe München will issue an invoice for an advance payment for electricity consumption. The corresponding amount will be refunded after the event if consumption does not exceed 3 kW.
