The OCPP 1.6 training is a comprehensive program designed to give participants a basic knowledge about Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) version 1.6 and its functionalities. OCPP 1.6 is a widely adopted communication protocol that facilitates seamless interaction between charging stations and central management systems. The training covers topics such as message formats, data exchange mechanisms, and security considerations in OCPP 1.6.


What you get!

The training is designed to guide through the beginning and history around this open standard and how it developed to the point of today as such a widely used protocol. This training covers the whole area around the concept of todays communication of charging stations with central management systems to be remotely controlled, updated and maintained. The chapters cover the basics around charging transactions und further adaptions to ISO-15118 implementation and secured connectivity.

To further deepen the exercise, a live session will complete the training to showcase a real implimentation for a better understanding of the message flow.
