  • The registration deadline for testing equipment (EV, EVSE) is typically four weeks ahead of the event.
Which ticket category should I select?

If tickets are sold out, you can join the waitlist by completing the registration form. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Logistics

Will we be able to choose our testing booth location?

Our technical partner, Keysight, creates the testing schedule and assigns partners based on the technical data provided during registration. You can indicate your preferences, but please note that we cannot guarantee they will be accommodated due to the complexity of the testing agenda.

Testing and Technical Information

Can ISO15118-20 be tested at the Testival?

ISO15118-20 testing may be available, depending on participant technical registrations. It has been included in past CharIN Testivals, and most testing system providers are capable of conducting ISO15118-20 tests.

What documents are required before attending?

Three documents are needed to participate:

Safety Instructions – to be read and signed

User Agreement – to be read and signed

Technical Registration – to be completed online to facilitate round-robin pairing

Please email the signed documents to: testival@charin-academy.global. These are essential for our technical team to prepare the pairing schedule.

(If your company has registered more than one piece of equipment, please submit a separate form for each.)

Finance Information

Why is there a 3% credit card fee?

Like many organizations, we incur fees for processing credit card payments. To streamline payment processing and reduce administrative effort, we have decided to accept only credit card payments during the final two weeks leading up to the event. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to waive or refund the 3% fee, as it covers the transaction costs that we ourselves are charged.
