Highlights
Scania is leading the way into the future of electric transport with Megawatt Charging System (MCS), a groundbreaking charging technology that is set to revolutionise long-haul transportation. On June 17th at EVS38 in Gothenburg, Scania unveiled MCS, which enables faster, safer, and more powerful charging for electric trucks. Scania's new technology means shorter charging times, increased operational reliability, and greater possibilities for longdistance and heavy-duty freight. This is a significant step forward in making electric heavy transport simpler, more efficient, more economical, and truly sustainable.
Tuesday, June 17 | 10:30 am | CharIN Booth B11-01
Scania invited to an exciting panel discussion at the CharIN booth, where they explored the critical factors that can accelerate the development of charging infrastructure for heavy-duty trucks.
In this session, representatives from the European Commission, ACEA, TRATON, CharIN, EVRoaming Foundation, Circle K and Hubject came together to discuss the key elements needed to enable a faster and more efficient electrification of heavy freight transport.
Tuesday, June 17 | 1:45 pm - 2:30 pm | CharIN Booth B11-01
