Please note that some opportunities have limited inventory and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment terms: Full payment is required upon receiving your invoice. Your account must be balanced prior to the event. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Sponsorship for the CharIN Testival evening reception and dinner at a TBD location is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Attendees from the Testival will be invited.
- A company representative can provide up to 3 minutes of prepared opening remarks at the start of the dinner.

- Sponsors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their technology during the public day of the Testival, and a fitting space will be provided.
- Demonstrations will be included in the agenda, and company representatives will be provided with the necessary equipment (e.g., microphone, monitor) to properly demonstrate the technology. Demonstrations must align with the focus of the event.
- Sponsors will receive one complimentary ticket to the public day.
- The company logo will be placed on the event website and in digital onsite signage.
- The company logo will be included in selected social media posts on LinkedIn.
- Sponsors must first get approval for their tech demonstration before finalizing payment. Please contact testival@charin-academy.global to schedule an initial meeting. The deadline for demonstration commitments is April 17th.
- Opportunity to display up to 2 pop-up banners and other marketing signs, in consultation with CharIN during the demonstration.
- The sponsor will have the opportunity to use and demonstrate an EV interoperability testing tool of their choice with registered testers as part of the Testival. The testing tool must be pre-approved for compatibility with the focus of the Testival prior to registration.
- Registered testers will be contacted by CharIN on behalf of the sponsor to seek participants for the testing tool (1 Email).
- One special demonstration for the tool may also be scheduled as part of the Testival public day program.
- Sponsors will receive one complimentary ticket to the Testival.
- The company logo will be placed on the event website and in digital onsite signage.
- The company logo will be included in selected social media posts on LinkedIn.
- Information about the testing tool activities will also be highlighted in the event landing page's "Additional features at the Testival" section.
- The sponsor is required to provide the necessary testing tool and staffing/ technical support for each participant during the event.
- The sponsor is required to create and conduct a participant onboarding process (due to last-minute equipment registrations, this may occur shortly before or during the event).
- Sponsors will be invited to speak about their tool to recruit testers during the Technical Briefing Call.
- Additionally, the sponsor will have the opportunity to display 1 pop-up banner or alternative marketing signs on their testing slot, in consultation with CharIN.
- The sponsor will have the opportunity to test their multi-V2G PKI environment at a dedicated test location.
- The sponsor is required to provide an EVSE or Test System that uses their PKI. Please contact the CharIN Team if you require assistance acquiring a hardware partner. Note: the focus of this activity is session startup communication; therefore, a basic L1 charger is sufficient.
- The sponsor is required to create and conduct an EV onboarding process (due to last-minute equipment registrations, this may occur shortly before or during the event).
- All participating EVs that support PnC (ISO 15118-2) will have the opportunity to test the multi-V2G PKI environment.
- Sponsors will receive one complimentary ticket to the Testival.
- The company logo will be placed on the event website and in digital onsite signage.
- The company logo will be included in selected social media posts on LinkedIn.
- Additionally, the sponsor will have the opportunity to display 1 pop-up banner or alternative marketing signs on their testing slot, in consultation with CharIN.
- This sponsorship gives you the opportunity to organize an off-site tour in the area around the Testival. Travel time should be limited as much as possible.
- The tour will be included in the agenda of the public day.
- The tour must align with the focus of the event.
- The sponsor must organize any related transportation, tour logistics, agenda, refreshments, giveaways, etc..
- Sponsors will receive one complimentary ticket to the public day.
