Set up and Storage
The set-up day will be on 07.10.2024 from 02:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
Please note that CharIN/VEDECOM cannot deal with the practical paperwork to import and local transport of the goods to their consignment area.
The forklift will be available at any time during working hours.
The venue is based inside a military area, in a closed facility. The storage is outside the building in a covered and closed area.
Testers may not bring or display any marketing signs at their testing spots unless explicitly discussed with CharIN.
Return Transport
The latest pickup date for your freight is Friday 18/10/2024 (later pickup will incur a storage fee in an amount to be determined).
The freight must be packed for shipment by your shipping company or the employees of your company (testers).
