CharIN at IX ENERGY WEEK

The IX edition of the Energy Week will be a space for the exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as a suitable setting for high-level meetings between decision-makers and public policy makers, the private sector, academia and all actors in the regional and global energy sector.

Andrés Barentin, our Ambassador for Chile will be present at the event and participating as panelist on Monday 28 at 16:00 hrs.
"Without investment there is no transition: the new role of distribution 2.0 and distributed generation"
Modernization of the distribution infrastructure is one of the main challenges, where the current power grid, historically designed in a centralized manner, needs to be optimized to efficiently manage the integration of distributed energy sources, like electric vehicles, and storage systems. Optimization goes hand in hand with smarter systems, capable of managing bi-directional energy flows and ensuring grid stability.
This panel will seek to answer questions about the challenge of ensuring a steady flow of investment in an uncertain regulatory and economic environment.
