Panel 1: The Future of Charging Reliability

Description

This session will describe the need for a better customer experience starting with charger reliability.
We'll examine the reliability requirements outlined in the new California and National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure funding and answer questions like:
- How can we improve service through the features and functionality of ISO-15118?
- How can we provide more driver transparency around things like charger availability and rate of charge?
- How could we add new features, like increased fees for power delivery rates?
...and much more.
